Pre-Order FAQ

This is when you pre-order an item that doesn’t have a physical example yet. Rest assured, if you want to pre-order then change your mind, you can get a refund with no questions asked!

The pre-sample pre-order item is in digital form as a drawing! This represents what the final product will look like!

If you participate in pre-ordering you get exclusive discounts and freebies! It’s a way to thank you for supporting me!

As a small business I have to work in batches and creating samples is very expensive. Rest assured that if you pre-order your hard earned money is going straight towards the development of the designs you love!

You’ll receive timelines and updates about samples and production via email, as well as on the blog!

Since I’m a small business, I have to work in small batches. There are two batches available per design depending on the success of the first pre-order.

1st Batch ~ 250 Units: If quota is met, second batch becomes available for purchase while the first one starts the sampling and production phase.

2nd Batch ~ 250 Units: If quota is met, production begins. It may ship out later than the first batch.

If we don’t reach the threshold of 250 units, you’ll be refunded in full, and the pre-orders will start over.

This can take anywhere from 2-7 months, but there will be timelines available on the product page as well as emails sent out with updates!

Absolutely! I will be working closely with manufacturers to assure that my designs come out as close as possible to how they’re drawn. There may be minor differences considering fabric and materials, but no major differences!

Of course! Returns and refunds are welcome throughout the pre-sample phase. Once I have a sample made then there will be a 2 week grace period just in case you don’t like the finished product and want to get a refund.

Once the two week period is over and the pre-order phase begins, you cannot get a refund.

Size charts will always be available when a pre-sample pre-order launches. However, size charts are subject to change as the sample is being worked on, but no worries as you’ll be updated with every change so you can be comfortable with your product!

The size chart changes will only be within a few inches. (Ex. Size medium bust measurement changed from 34-36 inches to 36-38)

Yes! You can change the size up until the regular pre-order phase begins! If you need to change it after the pre-orders start, contact me as soon as possible!
